Looking for a safe and different way to get treats on October 31st? Taking place during/after FOW's Trick or Trash Volunteer Event - Let's Go Outdoors will be offering a FREE Trash or Cache (pronounced cash, but no money involved) program for families. You will learn to use a handheld GPS device to look for caches (hidden containers) that hold tickets to turn in for prizes, which include a copy of the book, "Good Night Wissahickon Valley Park." - Time(s): Drop-in anytime between 11am & 2pm (stay to find 1 "cache" prize, or more (sometimes up to 10)
- Location(s): We will be located at 3 locations - choose from the list below (visit one or stop by all 3)
- Ages: All ages - this is a family friendly event - no drop-offs, as parent assistance will be required
NOTE: This event will be conducted in a way that promotes COVID precautions. We ask that all participants wear face coverings/masks and practice social distancing.
