On behalf of the Philadelphia Water Department, Let's Go Outdoors offers Enviroscape Watershed Lessons. This is a 45-minute interactive lesson that educates participants on how behavior can prevent water pollution and protect the source of our drinking water. This lesson is perfect for classes/groups, summer camps, troops, or as an informational table set-up at a parent night, health fair, back to school event, community day, etc. Before submitting the "Schedule A Lesson" form, keep in mind the following:
Best days for classroom visits are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, though we do our best to accommodate your preferred day/time. If this is an informational/event set-up, evening and weekend days are available. The alternative date could be the rain date of the event, should there be one.
