KIDS DAY-OFF PROGRAM: CHANGING THE CLIMATE
Parents, we're excited that you're registering your child(ren), age 9 and up, in our FREE pilot, kids day off "Climate Change Program." Kids do not need knowledge of climate change, the environment or the outdoors, just a positive, well-behaved, curious about the world spirit.
This is a one-day experience happening on Friday, November 10th, from 9am-4pm, with an incorporated indoor rock climbing field trip. Participants will take part in an outdoor activity while onsite at Overbrook Environmental Education Center, plus engage in a kid-friendly climate change talk and arts/crafts. Experienced educators of Let's Go Outdoors will facilitate sessions and be on hand throughout the day. This is a one-day program and we ask that the following be kept in mind:
Formal registration forms will be sent once we receive and accept your child into the Program. We encourage you to apply ASAP, since space is limited and not all children will be accepted.
