QUESTIONS ANSWERED! PAGE 2

What if there is rain/snow in the forecast?

We generally do not cancel sessions, events and/or trips very far in advance regardless of the weather forecast.  As we know, weather forecasts are prone to change at the last minute.  We will contact you by phone if a session, event or trip has to be cancelled, so plan to arrive at the meeting location unless you hear otherwise.

Any activities cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled, if possible.  Should you not be able to attend the rescheduled date, we will provide you with a refund in the form of Let's Go Outdoors credit. A Let's go Outdoors credit amount can be used for future Let's Go outdoors sessions, events and trips.

When is the last chance to register for a Let's Go Outdoors activity?

The last chance to register for a session, event or trip is 48 hours prior to the activity.  Depending on the number of slots available, we sometimes allow registration up until the day of the activity, though is not our standard practice.

How should I dress for a Let's Go Outdoors activity?
The majority of our activities take place outdoors, so we encourage dressing for the weather.  Our confirmation letters do offer suggestions for appropriate clothing to wear during the session, event or trip.

Can I make payment on the day of the activity?

No.  Let's Go Outdoors requires prepayment for a session, event or trip to allow us to arrange appropriate number of supplies, food, paperwork and/or travel, if needed. Should making prepayment cause financial hardship, please contact us to discuss and we will do our best to meet your payment needs.

Is there a discount if I want to drive my own vehicle on a trip?

No. Let's Go Outdoors includes transportation in the trip fee, so it's not necessary to drive your own vehicle to the trip location.  Should you decide to drive your own vehicle, it is at your own risk and Let's Go Outdoors assumes no liability for any incidents that may occur due to you driving your own vehicle.  In addition, Let's Go Outdoors does not handle any parking fees associated with you driving your own vehicle.

Are sessions, events and trips appropriate for individuals with disabilities?
Locations might be appropriate for individuals with disabilities.  We strongly advise that you view the locations website for visitor accessibility details.  However, please note that Let's Go Outdoors' transportation vehicles are not equipped to accommodate those with required mobility apparatus.  Should you have questions, feel free to contact us.
