Let's Go Outdoors has put together three great programs for you to have fun while learning a new skill or area of Philadelphia you may not know.  These programs are drop-in style so you can stay for one program or participate in all 3. They are for Beginners of ALL ages, include loaner equipment when necessary, and are led by enthusiastic educators!  If you are looking for an easy way to explore the outdoors with others, this is a great fit.  Try one OR all three activities - make your selection(s) in the registration form below.  We can't wait to see you!

LEARN TO ​GEOCACHE

Use a GPS to play "Hide & Seek" for items hidden around the park or green location.

Each 45-60 minute program will include:

  • An introduction to the topic through an easy get-to-know-the-group activity
  • Showing/Loaning equipment, materials or guides needed
  • Directions for the game or activity
  • Observation, discussion, and sharing opportunities 

BIRDING FOR BEGINNERS

Use loaner binoculars and guides to learn and maybe play Bird Bingo!
